Shipping Protection Policy for Stolen or Lost Items

How Our Shipping Protection Works:

Once the claim is filed, USPS will begin an investigation into the missing package. USPS Confirmation of Non-Delivery:
As part of the investigation, USPS will need to provide a written statement confirming that they did not deliver the package. This document, which you may need to sign, will be required to proceed with the claim. -
Refund After USPS Resolution:
Once USPS completes the investigation and confirms that the package was lost or stolen, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item to you, based on your preference. The refund will only be processed after USPS concludes their investigation and confirms that the package is officially missing. -
Shipping Protection Coverage:
If you choose to add shipping protection to your order at checkout, we will automatically assist you in handling the investigation with USPS. If no protection is purchased, we can still assist with filing a claim, but the responsibility for lost or stolen items may fall on the carrier, and the process might take longer.
Important Notes:

- We are not liable for packages that show as delivered but are reported as stolen, unless shipping protection was purchased.
